    • What is fiber Grip? -

  • fiber grip on the tweezer tip increases friction between lashes & tweezer tip to improve the grip meaning the whole tweezer is a big sweet spot. No lash will get left behind EVER again! A dream come true <3

Best Practices For Longevity & Care:

1. Sanitation, disinfection, and sterilization protocols should be follow according to the state board regulations in your area.

2. Store your tweezers in a soft storage area/container when not in use. Save protective tips that come with your initial order and keep on tweezers as an extra precaution.

3. AVOID DROPPING TWEEZERS onto rigid surfaces (such as floors or counters) as to not damage the tweezer's tip and grip. When the integral shape of the tip/grip of the metal has changed, there is no guarantee of being able to bring it back to its original state.

4. Remove lash adhesive from the tweezer tip by soaking in acetone OR adhesive gel remover for a few minutes then wipe tips with a cotton pad. Be sure to rinse afterwards to remove all remaining residue. We do not recommend ever using a nail file to adjust the tip of the tweezer or remove adhesive, this WILL damage your nano grip.

"HELP MY TWEEZER ISN'T PICKING UP THE SAME AS THEY DID WHEN I FIRST PURCHASED THEM!"

The two most common reasons why this may be happening: The grip was compromised due to having been dropped/mishandled or there is a small amount of adhesive that made its way into the grip of your tweezer. First, try removing the adhesive that could be building up inside the tweezer. If this does not fix the issue, you may need to order a replacement.

Hand Testing / Quality Control

Each tweezer we sell goes through a testing phase of multiple fanning and pickup techniques. We do this to ensure that they meet our specific quality standards that can then be used by working lash artists. We understand the struggle of finding tweezers that are reliable in the lash industry, so with that in mind, we are able to test, then categorize tweezers based on their performance.
